I actually hate this time of year. We still have snow on the ground. What doesn’t have snow is muddy. Can’t get out in my yard and clean up from the winter. It’s like we are in limbo for a few weeks. Waiting for warmer weather.

Mid Morning in Northfield Vermont.
Friday was one of the few sunny days we have had this winter. Since I knew this Thursday, I have always wanted to get the Amtrak Vermonter going through Northfield. My drone and I made the trip to Northfield. This picture has most of the things I love. Trains. Covered Bridge. Farms/barns and sunny skies. I have had this picture in my head for years. and on Friday, I got it. A freight train would have been better but, The NECRR runs its trains overnight.
